I had the opportunity to spend a good year working with Stanton Str 100's, Technics, and Gemini PDT6000.
Of course, the technics were rock solid with dead accurate pitch control. The Geminis were decent, the pitch was OK, but overall, it felt really cheap. Also, when you set the needle on a track and turn off the platter, the platter spins back a little. Not really a big deal, but really annoying. I liked the Stantons the best because they were good and i liked the extra pitch % that it offers so that you never have to slow down record A for record B. Not only that, stantons are significantly cheaper
