WORD, I'm listening to it right now, and its very very similar!

peace,

Steve

This track definitely is a reguritation of his mix of Sirius, if you're doubting this, then you didn't hear the track (or have lost your sense of hearing)

in the end it who really cares. it sounds like you want tiesto to say he's sorry that he took a part of a previously created mix, and used it to make a new track. If he can get it released and make money more power to him.

I noticed this as well. As long as he's re-using his own melody, I don't really care. I'm not too crazy about Nyana though.

I'm not upset about it, nor does Tijs need to apoligize. I like both songs a lot, they may be similiar in melody but they are two different songs. I'm sure he'll drop Nyana this weekend at Glow and at first I'll mistake it for Sirius cuz I wanna hear that so bad in the club. Perhaps I'll get really luckly like the people who saw Tiesto in Concert and get to hear both, although I'm not keeping my hopes up.

i haven't heard nyana yet so i can't say much about this. but he's done this before:
delerium feat. sarah mclachlan - silence (dj tiësto's in search of sunrise mix)
+
kid vicious - re-form (dj tiësto mix) + a few tweaks and twists
=
dj tiësto - suburban train

so there you have it, he's a total asshole if you want. i think he's great and all the tunes that i listed kick ass very much. but whatever!
