I have the Event TR8's. They have roughly the same components as the award winning Event 20/20BAS's, but cost less.

Plus, they have a neat green LED that makes the highs sparkle.

For those who live in Holland, Feedback has some very nice and cheap monitors. For example the 'Esi Near 5', those are nice small monitors with a good sound and they cost about €125.... Hmm I might be getting these, lol!

I had those for about 6 months. They are great... but i sold them for the top of the liners.... mackie hr824's

when trying to decide how to monitor your music, it is important to understand the concept of flat response. i have a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M40fs flat response headphones that i use to monitor my music. i picked them up for about $80 US. they're loud and isolated well (and comfy).

I read that monitoring with headphones is no good for proper equing and levels..more to be used for monitoring fx returns and stuf..? thet true anyone..?
