They only accept Picture ID's with your birthdate/age on them. I know this because last Halloween I tried to get my 18 year old friend, Nick, in using his college ID ( which didn't have his age on it ) and they wouldn't accept it. On the bright side, however, when the bouncer asked Nick his age and he honestly replied "18", the bouncer let him in!

Bottom line, bring a driver's liscence if you're the proper age (19+), or try to get there really early and be nice and honest if you wanna stand a good chance of getting in under age.

I would try to be in line before the club opens if you want to get there early. When I went to see PvD last Halloween with my underaged friend, Avalon was opening an hour early (9 PM) and we got in line at around 8:45. We were about 5th or 6th in line. While I don't think getting there this early guarantees that someone underage will get in, I'm pretty sure that if you show up at 11 PM when the line runs all the way down the block to Jillian's, there's a guarantee that someone underage won't get in.

Another trick is bringing a girl/being a girl. If you're a well-dressed girl, there's a really good chance to get in if you're 18 or even 17. If you're an underage guy and bring a well dressed girl, there's a decent chance that the two of you will get in, but again, no promises there.

god DAMN it i'm in boston now and that show looks SOOOOOOOOOO good...unfortunately i am 18 (19 in like 2 months) and so i cant go cause i'm underage...WHY GOD WHY!!!!

edit: i have a 19 year old friend whos probably going to go to this, my gf is also 19 so if she went too would it help? also i have a college id. how good of a chance do you think i have of getting in 2 months underage if i show up like that?
