Hard House, hmmm? According to Pimenov himself, his last mixes have been pretty much all Hard Trance.

For Everyone that wants to check 'em out, visit their home page

www.ppk.ru available in Russian and English, there is even a Forum for English speaking guests, where Pimenov and Polykov personally respond, though sometimes can take forever, LOL!!!

PS. You can download their latest mixes right from their site.

Yeah, no disrespect to PPK, Peminov is a good mixer so seeing PPK live would probbaly be fun. When I heard their livesets on their website, I was just expecting to hear more of the kind of stuff they produce, but it turned out that what Peminov spins is usually a lot harder. They played Hard House on their "Hard Mix" they made a few months back.

Umm... Pimenov's mixing leave to be desired, really...

As an ex-co-webmaster of a russian iVibes-like site that was dedicated (amongst others things) to the propagation of his mixes, I ought to know, I listened them all.. I doubt he improved much nowadays, but who knows

haha, probably

as for ppk, i really dunno. there are plenty russian acts out there that are quite good, maybe even better than pimenov and polyakov.

and all those daft ****s that are all blasé about ppk ("oh, resurection is such a waste of a track. it's so overdone, blahblahblah"), i'd bet good money that if it never got played on your local top 40 station's friday night 'club jams' you'd still be loving it and calling it a classic.

disliking it genuinely is one thing, but disliking it because it got big is altogether different. most people fall into the latter category, unfortunately, but much respect to those that don't.
