If you have that rig and your not getting a constant 99 in CS then youve got some serious problems. Try this: Download the latest card drivers, uninstall the card (the drivers, do this in device manager). Boot to vga, install the latest drivers, restart, and then try it. Dont install the factory drivers, theyre useless. If you get 99 when you look at a wall it almost sounds like a ram issue, either on your card or your physical ram. You said you have 384 ram, so you probably have 1 stick of 256 and 1 stick of 128, right? Make sure the 256 stick is in slot one (usually the slot closest to the CPU).
Other than that you might just have a bunk card...
