gud luck...i quit for 4 months wen i had to cos of my leg....dunno y i started again...anyway i dont smoke that much maybe 2 or 3 a day, wen i go bk to work ill just b on da herb anyway cos i can afford it.....but u get hungry cos smokin surpresses ur appetite, the tastes buds on ur tounge get kinda dull too so food doesnt taste as good, plus smoking acts on neurones n stuff lslowing down metabolism so ur less hungry...now ur metablosim will b faster so u will b more hungry....i cant b assed to go into detaiol but u wudnt get it anyway but keep up

Tech patches work best mate, gone 3 weeks now without a cig make sure you have loads of chewing gum when you need a cig or at a certain time you usually have a cigarette have a piece of gum the cravings only last about a minute then you forget about it, once you overcome the psychologic side it gets easier, just remember be strong mate and keep active, also try place yourself in situations when your likely to smoke, and hang with everyone say you normally go into the smoke room at work during breaks keep on going into the smoke room face it because you can't hide away from cigarettes as they will always be around you, go out with your mates drinking aswell first time will be hard after that you won't give a fuck.

Negative points in 3 weeks I've had the most unbearable amount of stress which had driven me too drinking heavily almost every night and wanting to smoke because I'd lost my temper at certain things or people and ended up ruining things, so think before you act on things. For an instance don't get shitfaced on stuff like whisky on friday I had 2 bottles worth of Jack Daniels and about 5 pints of Stella, In that night I punched someone who gave me some gob, I'd started on about two big mobs of people, karate kicked my ex down the street and stamped on her feet, tried to fight friends, and tried to put my mates eye into his head with my thumb as he pulled a weird face and got barred for running and kicking a cig vending machine. Just be warned if you got a short fuse drink and no cigs are dangerous but it has be done. So stick to mellow drinks if you go out drink and avoid people who piss you off.
