The remake of Tilt vs. PVD - rendezvous was Tilt's invisible was it not? Another recent remake that comes to mind is 3 Fingers - Frozen Febuary. I agree most of the remakes being done out there are complete garbage, with Breathing getting a special mention.

I'd like to see a remake of BBE - Seven Days and One Week.

At least, i've never come across one so far.

The original is perfect as it is, why mess it up?

Just because you remake it doesn't necessarily mean your gonna fuck it up. Take a look at Armin's remix of Seven Cities...very very well produced, and stil retains the original feel and vibe of the classic anthem.
Or Marco V's remix of Cafe del Mar...adds a interesting taste to a normally known chill track, but turns it into a floorstormer.
And last but not least Goldenscan - Sunrise and Ronski Speed's remix. Very well produced, and takes the original feel of the melody in a different direction.

I dunno who would actually remix Gouryella...maybe a "new school" producer like John Flemming, Greg Murray, or :gasp: Gouryella themselves(like what Rank 1 did to Airwave)? Or maybe even Tiesto's own rework, or Ferry Corsten's independent remix. Who knows.
Hopefully they'll consider remixing this landmark anthem. And IF they do, hopefully they won't do a mediocre job like what Rank 1 did to Breathing or what Corsten did to Out of The Blue 2002.
Just my 2c's.

He didn't mess it up!
The 2003 mix is magical, much more energetic too.

Actually, Hemstock & Jennings did a remake of it, it's quite good....nowhere near as good as the original *hugs his copy* but I would spin it

Don't get me wrong, by messing up I didn't mean fucking up the tune - I meant "why do anything to a track that's already pretty damn near perfect?"
If I was to make a 2003 mix of Gouryella I can't really think of any way to make it better. But who knows, it could turn out really good as well... esp. if it was remade by Ferry & Tiesto themselves
