*Opens up photosoep*

Open pic in photoshop.. add new layer (press the circle with half black half white) and choose 4 "levels" or do that from out of the top bar menu...

Now youll get a screen with a lines etc.. move the bar on the right side of the "graphick" thingie to the left to brighten up the image..

save the file as a .gif

VOila.. that should do the trick


ps.. ya can also brush up the more darker parts which arent easily edited by the thing i said before, but ill have to look a bit more further in ma brain how to do that.. it was with clonestamping! hey i remembered... ah well just try the first thing i said first..

and what lynx said.. making a pic smaller can also make it look hella ugly.. i suggest you use acdsee to resize pics.. just hoping you have a bigger version of it still laying around
