i just recently graduated from UCONN (universtiy of connecticut) with comp. engineering degree, but i have always wanted to become a chef and eventually have my own restaurant... so i will be going to either FCI in NYC or CIA in upstate NY... im not 100% sure where yet. ... i know i know.. waste of a degree.. oh well

my boyfriend graduated culinary school last year from the art institute(philly)....i would definately check that school out...it is formally the new york restaurant school(in NYC)....his culinary education is superb...plus a lot of the chef instucters moved from philly to new york to teach there...he is an excellent chef........although CIA is great school; it is out in the middle of nowhere he checked that school out too....check out the art institute if you really are interested, they are located all over the country too
