The entire Steve Hamster thing started during the broadcast of Godskitchen Global Gathering. Raversurge had decided to do the ‘Official’ tracklist thread, but couldn’t ID any tracks, so he was in Tranceairwaves chat asking ID’s off everyone and pissing everyone off. So people started giving him fake tracks, especially me as I have him about ten fake track ids (Whigfield - Saturday Night, 2 Unlimited - No Limit etc), and lots of fake mixes (Armin Van Buuren’s ‘Sandwich’ Edit, Rectal Bleeding mix etc).
Jon Simmonds had told me on chat that if I could get hamster included in the tracklist he would give me £5. So I told Raversurge that Guy Ornadel was playing a track called ‘Steve Hamster - Conclusion’  . What was more funny was that people were posting in his T/L thread that someone was fucking with him and these were all fake, but he still believed them.
Anyways the next day when Raversurge realised how many fake id’s were in his T/l he deleted the entire thread (about 7 pages). So I took a track list, which I had made during the broadcast and made a new thread with it. Then people were telling me that my t/l was wrong cause it didn’t match the ripping group nfo files. It turned out that the ripping group had also believed the fake id’s and used ravers t/l for the nfo files. So anyway there was an ID where previously the hamster track had been, so someone said that’s Steve hamster rofl.
Then followed 5 threads which after about a day had got unfunny so I decided to say he was dead.
