here in atlanta, I was out boating on lake lanier when i tuned into 95.5. They were apparantly broadcasting from a rave in ATL. It was nice to hear some trance on the radio but it wasnt too great. The DJs track list was Played Alive, some uplifting song that ive heard everywehre (but forgot the name) and then sandstorm. at that point i ran off to set off some fireworks on the beach, and when I came back the set was over adn they were playing Alice Deejay - better off alone (gag me)

btw down in orlando for vacation with my friends they played a few trance songs here and there on the radio but nothing too special

yeah is it just me or does radio 1 play a lot of rap?

thats also true, all the trance, 90% is very commercical all fragmas and darudes and all them, and what trance control sed is also very true, they play a hell of a lot of rap, along with a lot of metal and rock, and then pop being next, ull only get trance if u tune in later in the day (our time) as in the day its, well, radio! thee also famous for talking all the time during shows! more than mc's!

Ahhhhhhhh Radio 1 got to love / hate it

Weekdays Radio 1 is Crap . . .
ALL 100% commercial pop crap with maybe the odd good track thrown in now and then
But the weekends are something else
from 6Pm to 11pm friday night radio 1 takes on a new life with its trance and dance music
from 11Pm fri night its rap and garage ICK !
Saturdays from 5pm u get Judge Jules who on the whole puts together a pretty good show then from 7pm its Seb Fontaine who ALWAYS does a blinder well cool stuff
after Seb it gets pretty dire again until 2am when its the essential selection
Sunday nights its Danny (dumpling)rampling with his love groove dance party show
thats pretty much the cheeseier side of dance / trance / house music but ok (ish )

but to make up for the lack of decent tunes on Radio 1 during the week we got plenty of pirate radio stations brodcasting all genres of music

Kiss FM is not too bad either

If there was no Radio 1 there would be no Dave Pearce (or at least nobody would have heard of this fat fuck)!

sorry man i was working, if u look at the bottom left hand corner, ull see the time, thats the english time! u cant go far wrong with what neo sed, about the times to listen, if u go on the radio 1 websitre and find out what times the ppl and there shows are on then ull be ok, follow neo and u should miss out most the crap!
