Americans are blaming Canadians, Canadians Blaming Americans
And all they say is that Lighting struck 1 power station, which wiped out 100 power stations
Does this MAKE SENSE that the two power houses of North America are OUT OF POWER. Over 50 million people out of power because lightning hit. Lighting always hits power stations but this time it wipes OUT 100 power stations at 4:15 just after the markets close.
Makes you think, they don’t ask Electrical Engineers to talk on the radio or TV, perhaps that they would say that “this is impossible"
anyways just had to share my curiosity
p.s. I think a war is on its way and they are preparing us |
A-fucken-men
no seriously, i was thinking about it just earlier today. From an engineering point of view, it is not physically possible to have lightning strike one power station to whipe out power to the eastern US and Ontario as a whole.
I have three theories as a random person:
a) simplest, possibly the most logical answer: terrorist attack
b) US govt trying to try some new technology and it totally blew out on them
c) US military intel. trying to secretly upgrade the computers and having a "blackout" as an alibi to secretly load the computers with new softwares for some unknown covert reasons.
and ofcourse my theories in an engineering point of view:
a) 30 year old stations... they were giving way and they are begging in need of hardware upgrades... It's possible to have cascading effect as the grids are connected as the following: trans stations are in series, loads and generators in parallel... generators blew up, loads increased infinetly and trans stations gaveway.. automatic generation took place which overloaded the grid... this leads to that and u got a nation wide blackout.
b) a Homer Simpson pressed a red button that says "press for nation wide blackout"
having said all that, i love the Homer Simpson theory.. works for me
