well...it was totally meant to be a joke. i saw wavy gravy the clown on tv today, and thought i might find out some info. im glad you guys are this serious all the time.

I dont think the name is patented? I can only say he used the name, and not stole the name. and anyway using some people's name as an inspiration for a song title would not bother me at all.
