I always listen to the same set everytime I work out, I have for 2 years, and I'm still not sick of it

Judge Jules @ Qontact 2001

No joke.

I like punk rock when I work out. I know it's weird and I never listen to it at any other time. You only need like 10-15 min for the jogging mix right? I never run more than 1-2 miles. Anyways, In the End by Linkin Park was my 1st song of the mix for like 2 years until recently. Never got sick of it. There are a lot of rock songs that pump me up more than trance I guess.

I'm an avid runner and I usually listen to music when I run. I find that high energy trance music is what keeps me going. Stuff from Astral Projection and Man with No Name are great to run to. The set by Paul Van Dyk that can be found on this site is also great to run to. I have a couple of running tapes that I never tire of listening to even when I tire on the roads while running! I find running very liberating and pounding beats really helps me to carry on!
