years ago when quake 2 was "the shit" i tried to install it. during the installation i heard a sudden rev from the drive and the installation hung forever. I restart and i realized i couldn't play any kind of CDs. When people said that ur drive was broke, they mean it's every definition of the word "broke." However, if i pushed on the tray while it was reading the disc, it would run. u should really just get a new drive
