If your really fukin pissed the best thing is to beat the shit outa somtinhg, A tv, a friend whos tuff, even a pillow or a punching bag is good but u get it all out and then u cant help but laugh your asss off after and go back to normal.
oh ya drinking and drugs usualy make anger worse especialy if your commming down so dun do em. I know so many people who smoke or drink when angry and they flip out.

TBH, I dont get p*ssed off at all. I cant be arsed to get all worked up over nothing, even when people are shouting and screaming at me. I just let 'em get on with it then go off and do something.
