How can you "really like him" if you hardly even know him?

If you had known him for a while prior to his present job problem, then I can see the predicament. But if you hardly knew him to begin with, why try so hard to salvage something that appears so one-sided?

Don't think it's worth all this trouble if you've only known him a month.

La is full of guys like this......they come a dime a dozen. yeah they ride around in their $40,000 rides....but look at what they have to do to afford them. with the coast of living out there......he will be paying on that damn thing for 20 years.
