see that's the catch, the free kitty is free because the present owner hasn't gotten it its shots... with getting a free cat, you have to undertake the responsibility of de-worming, getting its vaccinations and spaying or neutering (i can't tell the sex by the picture) the kitten. through all that the cat is then registered at the vets office.
