I believe it is a concept car. And my guess is a pontiac (looks like it has the arrowhead logo in the grille). It also looks like a GM desgn a la the Oldsmobile aurora.

Your friend is wrong Theres even a company in the US that will import the skyline from japan, convert it so that the steering wheel is not on thw wrong side of the car anymore, and do preety much anything so that the car is US legal. I think they even done chrash tests for the modified cars...what a waste chrashing a perfectly nice skyline

Like moongoose said you are wrong, there are few companies in the USA who import Skyline's and Silvias legally.
When I got my Skyline, I got it as 100% stock JDM.
