You've got them ST90's from stanton, they do have a pitch bend AND a master pitch.

The stanton st90 doesn't have master tempo.

But, frankly, you won't EVER use it, and for a rather unused function, you're gonna pay alot of money. I say, get a CDJ100!

That makes no sence at all because you use it all the time when using cdjs

Pitch bend just increases/decreases the speed of the played track a little, it has nothing to do at all at what you are trying to describe.

I have the AmericanDJ PSX and i really like them. I think I paid about 600 US for the pair...never had a problem...no doubt i'd rather have the CDJ1000's but hey...one step at a time

Thats exactly what i mean i guess i describe it badly hehe

i thought the jog wheel was for cueing up ur first kick drum. Id imagine pushing the jog wheel would make the cd skip forward doesnt it ?

Outer ring is used to scan the track.
Inner wheel (jog wheel) usually has 2 modes (I'm not sure if it is same in every cd player) :
1- When you press cue, you can use the jog to fine tune your cue point.
2- When used during playing, it can increase/decrease the speed like a pitch bend button.

I just got a denon dual cd player and I love it so far..

Hello!

cool which denon dual did u get?

I got the dn 2600f about two yrs ago and its still my baby. the only annoying thing is that it does have a tendency to change pitch without me touching it. so say i set it at 3.4 and it moves itself randomly up or down .2 or .1 without any warning. can be really annoying if u don't realise its happening and then ur mix fux up.

Anyone got any ideas how i can fix my pitch control so this happens less?

I got the new D4000.
Can that pitch change be due to loose buttons? That must be really annoying. I guess you need someone authorized to fix it.
