You know its funny, VA has some pretty strict automotive laws if u come to think about it..Safety Inspection every year, no ground lights, no headlight cover things (those smokey lenses that go over the headlights), no underlight carriage lights, no valve stem cover lights..

thats off the top of my head.. but still... i wonder if we're a safer state b/c of that?

as far as i know, it's legal as long as it's not red or blue lights, because people might get the idea that you're some kind of emergency vehicle.
