Anyhow, alcohol and E are a bad combination because alcohol dehydrates you.

edit: the stats are coming from http://dawninfo.samhsa.gov/pubs_94_02/pickatable/2002/2.2.0.xls ... it doesn't say whether these were in combination or alone, either, though.

hey, you just proved a really valid point. that you dont know shit about ecstacy. congradulations. for your information, ive taken e a few times, never over a pill at a time. no one could even tell i was rolling unless i told them, thus meaning i didnt look or act like a retard, felt great the next day EVERYTIME and actually went out the next day, worked out, and went to work and felt fucking spectacular.

Actually (like everyone else has been saying here on this thread), you can take E safely and you can also do it in a way that you wont get "blue mondays" as the day-after is usually called.

In addition to drinking lots of water while doing E, it is also vital to drink ades afterwards.. orange juice is good, so is pretty much anything with vitamin C and antioxidants. Also you may also get SSRI's at the local GNC vitamin store. SSRI's (Selective Seratonin Reuptake Inhibitors) help your seratonin level get back to normal.

As for taking E, do it in a conrolled environment with people you know and trust. Again, like everyone else has said, do not mix other drugs. This includes alcohol! And be careful of hyponetria! That occurs when you have too much water..some people overcompensate by drinking too much water and thus their salt levels get alarmingly low.

In all I agree that yes E can be a safe drug, if the proper enviromental and precautionary elements are taken into consideration

aren't the only people in the clubs that are sucking each other's dicks on ecstasy?

that is not true. i took it, I drank water, i didnt mix anything with it, and what happened to me? I ended up in a bathtub filled with water and ice cubes because my body temp was so high i thought i was going to die. I wasn't even dancing on the shit. peoples bodies react differently and with the shit most E makers are putting into the pills now, in the long run it's going to have serious affects. i'm not claiming to know every detail about it but it pisses me off when certain people think they know everything about the drug just because nothing has gone wrong with them yet. people are going to do it regardless but don't preach that E is so great and safe because it really isn't.
as far as the club scene goes, it does ruin it to a certain effect. What happened to the music and dancing being the most important? So many people have to roll every single time they go just to have a good time. It use to be about the vibes of trance music, not being drugged up all of the time.

You bring up a good point. Yes not everyone will have the same effect and some people do everything textbook correct and still have a bad trip.

I, myself, only know a great detail about E because I researched it immensely for a huge paper i wrote about it. I have never done E and never will. ITs just not my thing. But I do agree that it can be done safely if done right. I feel like I'm on both sides of the issue here because I dont want to say go out and have fun rolling, and i dont want to say fuck E and all it stands for.

People have the right to an informed opinion before taking ecstasy, its that simple.

And I'm not going into detail about the EDM scene. Therein lies another topic of discussion. We all know the bad rep E gives to clubs and the rave circuit. on the other hand many people also can testify firsthand about the amazing sensation they've had while on E whilst listening to trance. Another debate looms about this topic, im sure....

I personally think the safest way to use E is if you get a pill that is pure MDMA, and that is very hard to find nowadays. Alot of E makers have put horrible shit in the pills such as DXM. That's what I think might have been in my pill the last time i rolled because I could not sweat at all so my body temp. just kept getting higher and higher. One of the reasons E ruins the scene so bad is because all these organizations are actually trying to ban all rave and trance/techno concerts because of the drug. I believe it's called the National Rave Act or something. It's horrible, and I hope they never succeed. We use to have a show here every summer called rave on the rocks, and they made the radio station change the name because they said raves are associated with Ecstasy. They even tryed to ban the show permanently. See how it's ruining the scene?
