i got a new pyramid pr cd10 studio pro.. is this cinsidered a cd deck and can u scratch on it?? if not ill take it back.. cuz all i want is to connect it to my deck and mixer and vuala! but have not tried it.. can anyone help please

I'm not high on scratching on CDs but I've tried out the Pioneers
before I feel that scratching is more accurate on vinyl.

Nonetheless, the Pioneer CDJ-1000 is one of the best CD-tables out there for skratchin'...

i dont think you can sctrach without a moving platter
i have a dn-s5000 and i worked a few times with the 800,1000
and the denon is much more comftable the denon is great think about that you can screach the main track,alpha and sampler(4 samplers)
and the little switch that able you to do the crossfader work...
