Mine is 12x200 not 11x200 .... and Im actually testing it right now as I type this at 12x220 .... I'll report back with results.

yes, but your chip is a LOT newer than mine. Plus i was mostly limited by my board. It was the 'shitty' version of the Abit nForce 2. Wouldn't do anything >200 bus.. SLK800 here too

good luck mate

LOL thanks man, Im trying to reach the 2.6GHz mark and I'll be very happy.
So far I'm very happy and impressed with this chip, runs 2.4GHz no sweat and totally whoops a P4 3.06GHz.... you cant beat that for 70 some bucks

I used to have (till today) an Athlon XP 1700 which I ran at 2.2Ghz wich minor vcore buump, but today when I recived my Barton 2500, I poped it in and it currently runs at 2.3GHz and recognized as an Athlon XP3200!!
Im still gonna try to take it higher and make sure everything is stable, but this chip is THE SHIT!! I paid 70 bucks for an Athlon XP3200, and SiSoft Sandra shows that my chip rapes a P4 3Ghz
Damn Im so happy!

Lol,im sure you're using an Abit nf7-s mono/,without appying the newest bios..its a mistake that recognizes an o/ced 2500+ barton as 3200.
heheh...anyway,its a very good speed and congrats on your setup, but i wonder if you're stable. You've run prime95 for a day or so,or anything like 100x burn-in wizard of sisoft sandra?
Thats what proves stability of an o/c system,or maaany hours of divx encoding,or 3d2003 with all stuff on(full power).

And i really dont know if 8 ghz is possible from a 3.2 ghz cpu

edit: your chip does not "rape" a p4 3ghz,cause that chip can go up to 3.8 for fun. But you've got a superb and cheap setup, so you really should be happy

break the 2.5ghz man!

I have Asus A7N8X Deluxe 2.00 which whoops the shit out of Abit nF7 (I know from experience).
I ran SiSoft Sandra for few hours now without a hitch.

and good luck with your setup there!
