He's nowhere near in the same leauge as the paedo after the 9 year old girl, there are plenty of 14 year old girls who are fully developed.

Does that make it any better? Regardless of how this 14 year old "looked" this 29 year old knew she was 14 and therefore underdeveloped. If someone sent me a picture of a 10 year old chick who "looked" 18 would that make it ok for me to solicit her for sex?
