ahh.. we learned that x-intercepts were also referred to as zero's but I get the question now and i don't want to deal with it :P

I don't think a complete proof of this exists yet. I guess it's time to start my master's thesis.

Easy...

Just use the Riemann Hypothesis on the function to determine the answer...well...the start to the answer. As far as I've seen the first 250 x 10^9 non trivial zeros lie on that line, proving that t < 70,925,843,233ish is true using this hypothesis. It is thus theoretical that there is an infinite # of zeros that lie on this line. But also a finite number.

It has yet to be proven, and there is a million bucks up for grabs to prove it, yet $0 for disproving the theory (wierd).

This was back in 2000, my last year of this math stuff....lol.

I see that all this data is on this site on various links...fun worthless crap

Just a joke guys, proving this would prove the riemann hypothesis, and since many of the best mathematicians to ever live have been stumped by this i did't expect anyone to get it. but if anyone thinks they got it there is a 1 million dollar reward!!
