Cool

Wow, he replied and quickly.
I'm impressed.
He's just gone up a notch in my books, nice to see he hasn't forgotten his fans.

I have heard Armin live and many of his sets & productions and I definitely like his stuff. Guys like Armin, Tiesto, De Moor, Corsten and De Goeij make things happen.

Van Dyk does some hard trance and house, but he does everything so you can't really catagorize him into either trance or house. In any case I think Armin's a genius, he knows how to mix! Just listen to the flow of music on State of Trance CD1, feelings and energy just flows like water and it does indeed put you in "a state of trance". Personally that CD is my favorite trance mix of all time. Cant say that for CD2, although it's still a decent mix.

King armin is the king..

i'm relatively new to the trance scene, maybe a year and a half now, but i'm hooked all because of Armin's Communicaiton. i really like how swamper posts a lot of armin music, especially Boundaries of Imagination... i love his uplifting style. although he may not be the best live dj, he's always pumping out new choons with relatively hard bass lines going into sweet uplifting breaks.

PLEASE COME TO CANADA!!!!!!!!! ...hehe

It's true: Armin sure is a trance god. Certainly as a producer, although his mixes are pretty good too.

Did any of you know that Armin studies Law at Leiden University?
Sounds pretty boring for party minded person which armin is.

Armin is the Tramce Meister for the Future..

Yes you are all right !! He's the upcoming Star on the Trance Planet !! Do not forget his Legendary Productions like Blue Fear and Communication....they are really unbelievable Stuff. My Armin Mix Tip is the Artist Profile Series on Blackhole. The Album is called "Boundaries of Imagination" and is the best I ever heard from any DJ (maybe Oakey did also some good Jobs in 98 or 99...). This Set is so Timeless, I could hear it 100000 Times, and everytime you hear the Mixes you recognize another thing.
OK I have to stop now...stop dreaming...Cheers and have a nice Evening out there !! DJelloun from Germany

Smoking ..umm..something energy

I really like his mixing. I only have one problem with his sets: needs more energy. OK OK personally i like the progressive line (my fav. from tranceaddict is pvd@home). But better you think about it.

Thumbs up armin

Armin is cool, he done sum wikid stuff... His work with other ppl stands out more for me (eg Major League stuff)

Skywarp: Paul van Dyk is a strange man, the shit he makes is softer trance, but when i saw him play in Nottingham, his set was hard as hell!!

Peace

tu_face, I know exactly what your talking about! If you compare Tiesto's Magik cds to his live sets, maybe it is just me, but it sounds like his live sets are much harder! I wonder why...
