yeah, they were, warner bros was funding the project, but last i heard, one of the two producers died or something. i dunno if they are gonna continue production, though.

I have Ninja Scroll and Ghost In the Shell, both wicked movies. I also have the original Final Fantasy cartoon serious from the early 90's on VHS, I'll have to dig it back up I think .

Evangelion, Trigun, Excel Saga, Berserk, Akira, Last Exile...

dunno, there's plenty of good anime

Wolf's Rain (promising at first, awaiting the last 4 episodes)

Hoshi no Koe (twenty minutes long but so perfect for a movie)
