its a waste. why bring it back if it won't be the same? I already have a hard enough time finding tracks... and i'm supposed to pay for something i definetly wont find? sounds like a bunch of bs to me!

If you think about it, at least if people are paying to download mainstream radio songs on Napster then the RIAA will chillax a bit and lower their guard!?

Not necessarily. iTunes has been around for awhile and the RIAA hasn't chillaxed because of that. How does Napster coming back w/ fees make any difference?
