Defintely not house, definately not trance, a bit hard and not progessive enough for tech-house (for stereotypical tech-house look no further than some of the later John Digweed GU's).
IMO the genre its closest to is techno. Mad filters and fucked up 'melodies' says techno to me.

i just can't believe that this track was been played alot in holland..
and been put also in "Trance the Uiltimate Collection", you know those lame CD's with dumb stuff on it..(some not though)

Anyway i have to admitt, that guy who made the track was smart, to make such a video clip, because without it, no1 woulda check it out..
