Just ask the guy kinda jokingly why he has to make a move on every girl that hangs out with you all. Say that the rest of you "need a chance" and that maybe he should slow down a bit. Saying it in a bit of a laddish way means he wont feel like you're all against him, but deep down he'll give it some serious thought.

see i think honesty is always the best course of action. You may lose women but i rather be damn honest. Happened to me about 2 weeks ago, a friend of mine, I sorta fell in love with and was considering asking out well old tta dropped a hint and she was honest enough to tell me that she did not want that while a bunch of crap was going on in her life. We still best friends and then tta fessed up and told the whole fucking truth and she has more respect for me because I had the fucking balls to tell the truth.
