ok hang on a sec..if i pay 35 bucks for a ticket for kool haus, does that mean i also need a wristband to enter guv mainroom??

Yeah, you can't go over the Guvernment unless you have a wrist band. These are 2 seprate parties and the wrist bands are limited. You have to go early to grab them, b/c they are gonna be sold out really fast.
