I love JL subs, I think they're among the best. Mine are around 4 years old and never had any problems.

This summer got a new jvc HU, Neo 6.5" coax, JL 6x9". Unfortunately havent had time or money to install an amp, maybe next yr.

oh ya the HU says 200w but im sure its like only 18w real continous power

6x9's pointing out, as part of install.

Power-
powered by XM-1502 (360W rms x1 for the Alpine), and 2x XM2165 GTX (400w RMs x1), 2x XM444 (1 for the 4 6x9 speakers, 1 for the front components)

Also got a 1 Farad Directed power cap as well.

My plans for it include re-installing it as a one piece fibreglass/filler install with Rage gold to red flip paint. But thats not gonna happen til summer

but i'm still happy with it for now

LOL, I think they were talking about stereo systems, not the whole car.

On another note, I've now upgraded to a full-fledged 50,000-watt penis. One jerk can power 3 clubs for a full night.
