seems like when it gets that fast you cannot detect each beat so it sounds like one constant sound. Has to be hard to beat match with that.

I really don't think I can bring myself to believe that speedcore and terrorcore DJs ever beatmatch; they just cut between tracks with samples or noises. Acid Junkie might shed some light on that.
