I thought you were referring to a t-shirt with the image of a bullseye on the head of Paul Oakenfold that says "KILL TRANCE" or something like that.

I had that set as my wallpaper for quite some time, and now can't find it.

Hmm I know Cox started off spinning jazz in jazz clubs and stuff, as for the hating trance not to sure, i know he hates electroclash as in and interview quote unquote "cant stand it. Its too 80s for me. Been ther edone that and bought the t-shirt. All those nasty casio keyboard sounds. Its like playing old gary numan records. Except they were much better tunes."

So electro no, as for trance I cant see coxy doing that, but who knows.

Well, considering how easy it is to get customized shirts online nowadays, I think we might be able to pull it off What do you say we all join up here and start the "FUCK I LOVE TRANCE" movement to counteract the ones spreading the evil word :P

Also, while at this year's WEMF, some guy wearing that shirt came by from a nearby encampment to meet us, and even though we were blasting Trance, he still had the balls to walk over :P We all agreed that if he made any odd moves that we'd take him down. Well, let's just say the forest patrol still hasn't found the body

I doubt the he hates trance, infact I doubt that any respectfull djs disrespect other genre's.

Meh, we're all music snobs to a degree.

I remember the hate on house/trance/techno/jungle heads used to have for eachother, the ncommon complaint being the other genre not being intellectual enough... pfffft.

As for Cox, I'll never forget shelling out $$$ to see him play the last Sunday @ Industry, and he was too fucked up in Vancouver to make it.
