trust me... this period of "depression" will get over.. every teen experiences it... i experienced it.. and got over it
just a warning though, don't count on your girlfriend to solve ALL your problems... she may ease the pain... but that's about all she can do...
Sports are an excellent way to relieve this sort of feeling... Join your basketball team, do martial arts, go to the gym.. whatever... Participating in sports make your body secrete natural hormones that will help you feel a lot better inside and outside plus you get healthier too... Also, if you release your energy doing sports, it will make you sleep better...
just a word of advice...
btw, i went thru a similar experience... caused by a girl breaking up with me... i got over it... you'll get over it... believe me
