I once wanted myself to fly, don't know why I never went with it

To be in the Canadian Air force you have to be an Officer also, and to be an officer you need an University Degree.

do you have that also?

it's a commercial license. a rating is something added to the license (instrument rating, multi engine rating, for example. For the RCAF you'll need 20/20 uncorrected vision, and the desire to commit to the unknown for 7 years. You WILL NO be assured a flight position, and if you do get a flight position it could be rotary wing (helicopter) or fixed wing of any of the types. You could end up flying a twin otter or something pretty insignifigant around for 7 years. Usually you'll end up doing a few tours of office work too. So of the 7 years you'll be lucky to fly for 3 or 4 of them online.
