I can safely tell you that with the condition youll be in after that surgery, your body will need good painkillers just to keep you sane, at least 9 days after, anyways.
i have to imagine that you won't really be up for the party in the condition you'll be in, when you consider how much pain you'll be in when your leg shifts. i'm sure you can get someone to creep your pain pills into the club, but if you can't you'll hate life in just a short time.
i had a quadriceps plasty to realign my right knee 6 years ago, and i was in bed for 7.5 weeks. a bit different, but i didn't even want company. i have a very high tolerance for pain, but i never cried like a bitch as much as i did during those two months in my whole life. i thought my fucking leg was going to fall off. i have an 11.5" scar and a screw i can still see the end of to remind me of all that...i can remember it like it was yesterday.
