i would've loved to come up to boston to check out picotto. i was planning on it until the last minute when i had to change my plans.

too bad most of you didn't have fun, but you're probably not going to the right dj's for your type of music. sometimes dj's play oldschool sets and sometimes they play new sets - i guess it's hard to tell what their new style may be.

what i like the most about mp is that he
enjoys incorporating trance traces into
his tecno components and somehow make
it work

i disagre with most of you i think picotto
possess a unique style, and is among the
few dj's who play whatever he "feels" is
fine for the crowd, at times he might be
mistaken assessing the mood or the vibe;
yet everytime i have seen him he has
captured something about me (he is so
intense and unpredictable) i must admit
at times his sets are a little bit too hard
and seem disarrayed somehow but even
then at some point of the night he can play
the most amazing and energized sequences

in that sense mauro's sets seem more
spontaneous than many others who seem
to have carefully prearranged their song
list

i loved the set picotto/liebing last summer
at 6 hubert!
