I don't know if this helps, but here is the way I usually do it when I'm looking for choir/vocal samples and it's free.
1. I go to the local library & check out some choir/vocal etc.cds
2. listen to the songs to see which part of the song I like.
3. Rip track or part of song with Audio grabber.
4. Open it in Cool Edit for editing.
5. Send it to fruity loops to mix it.
- Of course you can use different kinds of programs but this was just to illustrate. This way you can get cd quality samples and you decide exactly what the sample is going to sound like. Good luck!
