Without having met her, I can offer this advice about how to tell if she is, in fact, the Father(Mother as the case may be) of Lies, or Beelzebub...
Does she have a faint smell of sulfur surrounding her at all times?
Do things she touches have a tendency to burst into flames?
Is every word she utters a lie intended to cause harm and chaos?
Does she seem to enjoy persecution and misery a LITTLE more than the average person?
Does she always seem to get her way, somehow or another?
Hmmm... maybe we should put together a questionnaire for possible Satans...

Heh, EVERYONE has met him(her) on many, many occasions in your lifetime... that little voice that says, "Ya! Crown Royal makes a GREAT shooter drink! Go ahead, have five!" or "The bills can wait! Spend your money!" or "Who cares if she's your sister?" Heh heh... oops... and no, I'm afraid I'm not he.

Ill let Jenny explain
Yes, "good evil". It's the evil that keeps us sane. As I was telling TECHno addict, it's like "the force". Gotta have balance between the light and dark side. I happen to love the time I spend on the dark side and somehow feel devilishy alive when I'm laughing with glee at others' petty misfortunes. Like say for example, when kids hurt themselves, or pidgeons fly into windows. A personal fave of mine is to drive through puddles on rainy days and splash people waiting for the bus, I always hope they're going somewhere important. Of course I get mine too, but it's always a humbling experience.
But then again, it is not better to give than to recieve?

I have to say I agree with you, wholeheartedly. In my many moons upon this earth, I have noticed that no matter how "GOOD" you try to be, it doesn't really seem to make much of a difference, except to yourself... so it's nice once in a while to be the one doing the splashing! Because it doesn't matter, if you're going to get the splash, you're going to get it, nice person or not. Karma is dead.
Ouch... A ceiling tile just fell on my head...
