This is what I need:

A bed (w/ clean sheets)
A bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower (preferably a clean one) - I dont mind sharing but please be courteous to others. (dont forget to flush, please remove any hair from sink and shower, etc...)
A place to put my bags
Some walking room within the room

Although the bed wont be used very often, unless there are 'guests', Ill be sleeping through the morning and afternoon on the patio getting a tan. But people please, wake me up every hour or 2 so I can flip.
