First you need to get the money to buy the duplex...

I think I might invest in property over there in the future, like these big time dealers over there. It makes train loads of cash... figure I get a place and rent it out for 2k a week... Ibiza opens in May/June... until the closing in November... 7 months = 28 weeks = 48k... not too shabby for not doing anything. Im not expecting much or any business December thru April, but who knows.
