If you're not sick already, get a flu shot if you can. It can save you a lot of misery down the road, since there's some pretty nasty strains going around this year. I got mine, but it doesn't do anything for my back pain! Haaa!

there is no vaccine from the form of A Orthomyxovirus that is spread this year, so you can get even 10shots, they won't work. the albumines in the virus membrane change themselves almost every 2 years, so if you got a vaccine, you are protected only from the stabile B form of Omv. Be careful!..
