Take 3 detuned saws, set the LP filters full open, set both attack and release to something like 30-40 (on a scale of 0-127), add a little bit of noise and a slightly reverb (since most softsynths don't offer internal effects, you should do this afterwards). Now put the unison function on and set it to 3, 4 or 5 (so you get in fact 9, 12 or 15 detuned saw waves) and set the unison's detune to 127. Now it should sound like the sound you want. To make it more wider/"fatter", record it to an audio track, copy this audio track and put a stereo-delay on the copy, play the copy along with the original and you have a very rich sound

Thanks I'm curious what settings you used on the stereo delay though?

Original sound was made on a Novation Supernova 2 double saw layer 1 squarewave, square wave uses ring modulation delay is 1/8 and 1/4 stero delay, TC m5000 reverb light pad layer + VS prophet single Saw, all British EQ cut 300HZ, this is done for vinyl reasons as below 300hz is all mono.
