1) Djs never choose where they re having a gig, at least most of the times(promoters,agents dealing for them )

2) Venue IS a dance club, the ppl who go there tho, r the high society of athens and dont have a clue about good music (i remember 1 year ago when tiesto was there they didnt let me in cause i wasnt with a girl even tho it was supposed to be a festival )

3) Why Dave Dresden shouldnt play there ? I know they are offering shitload of money (Tiesto, Digweed, Sasha played there b4 and almost all the "top" dj's)

4) What kind of info u can give? All athens clubs sucks more than jenna jameson indeed. If theres a wicked place to dj, thats Decadence in Thessaloniki with the best crowd in greece. Usually when "big" djs come to greece, they play the one day in Athens and the other in Thessaloniki.I remember Sasha playing in Venue a 2,5 hours set and the other day 4,5 hours in Thessaloniki.Diggers in Thessaloniki never played less than 5 hours (6 Hours this summer, 5 the last one).Carl Cox this summer made a 6 hours set, Howells 6 hours, Lawler 5 hours..

go figure

i need to get to thesaloniki.... athens does suck for good music.

yes, i was in hawaii, with ms collins. we were dating at the time. i don't recall her doing any bad mixes. i do remember the club sucking and there not being very many people there, but sandy did a good job keeping them going until something like 8 in the morning. i think if she sucked the night would have ended way earlier.

as for the booking in greece, i heard it might be the weekend after we perform @ vandit in berlin, which is feb 13th from what i recall.

Mr. Dresden has earned the respect and the right to spin anything/anywhere he wants. G & D are pioneers in this industry, and I believe just about nobody is in position to tell them where or when or what they should or shouldn't spin. Just my two cents....

but i dont expect of course for the djs to know all the places that they will spin.....its just that this fuckin place has nothing to do with the music that u will play :/
u will see people dressed up only to be more "trendy" than other ppl...girls looking around to see if their clothes are better or not...its pathetic :/
the club doesnt allow a single guy to get in...u have to be with a girl to get in...they dont even have a freaking dresscode so u know what to follow or not..its just a "fashion club"
i would try to come to see you but i wont be at greece on that day...i have 2 vinyls for you guys to sign :P
