well, i think we got all one thing in common, we are glad the thread got closed, i still dont understand why the secondone got closed, and i guess noone knows

The first one got closed because it had become certain people's personal chatroom, as Neo said.

The second one got closed for what would appear to be personal reasons. But I could be wrong, perhaps the person who closed it would care to explain...

(not that I cared even remotely about the existence of the "celebration" thread, but I am morbidly curious as to whether or not there was more to this sequence of events than my usual cynical self would like to believe)
