I really like the Key South remix of Heavens Earth. Maybe even more than the Matt Darey mix. Other than that, these guys have named some great remixes. Delerium is also my favorite "band" too.

Delerium - After All [Christian Rusch Intro Mix]
One of the best tunes of 2003, shame it never saw a release. You can still find it floating around, though. Perfect opener.

If it's someone who likes Delerium they may not appreciate the full-on trance mixes ala Tiesto's ISOS mix. Try these which would perhaps suit your purpose better:
Innocente (Markus Schulz Remix)
After All (Hisham, Preston & Relisys Mix)
Underwater (Hydrogen Rockers Vocal Mix)
Silence (Michael Woods Remix)
And as for trancey mixes, Innocente (Lost Witness Remix) is brilliant and sorely underappreciated.

Since a lot of the Delerium tracks have Sarah Mclachlan as the vocals, maybe you could add "Sarah Mclachlan - Fallen (Gabriel & Dresden Anti-Gravity Mix)"
