my post deleted, you can now count me out.
Another point, I notice on the old flyer, the cover is free before 11, $5 till 12, and $10 after. Now its just $10 all night. What happened there?

^^^ ? now I wanna know what got deleted
Tonic...I've never been there...just walking through the usual "clientele" on the way to System disturbs me...but this party sounds very cool... I guess I may finally check this place out
honestly I'm just curious, not implying it's bad, but why at Tonic?

Your post was deleted because it resulted in at least 4-5 subsequent replies about a moot point - i.e. converting the original flyer to CMYK format so that it could be printed. Event threads are meant to stay on topic (at least for a day or two).
Nothing happened, that was the old flyer, things were not finalized.

Ryan,
If you are on the guestlist you will notice that the prices are indeed still the same. The idea is to have $10 all night long for people who are not TA's. Guestlist is being provided online only, thereby providing benefit to those who come online and come on tranceaddict.
Hopefully that clears things up! And I hope you change your mind about attending!
Cheers,
itikia
PS> And to answer the question about the venue: we choose Tonic for 2 reasons:
1. The private and seperate room is available with its own private entrance. The back room also has 2 levels and will provide the ideal climate for this event.
2. It's something different. The club understands the electronica scene and is willing to go until 5am, even though the bar closes at 2am. They have had so much international talent flow through there in the past that it rivals clubs such as System and even Guv.

Yes, tonic has had some absolutely amazing DJs come through there - sadly, before I lived in Toronto. The line up for the FTWK (for those who know) parties was impressive.
I'm really excited for this - a new venue, a new year for TA.

I heard Richie Hawtin lay down the sickest techno set ever, as well as Carl Cox do things on the decks i didnt think were possible....Tonic is a very cool club, im just pissed that the "For Those Who Know" Wednesday nights had to go.....it was a great mid week outing everytime i made the trip to Tonic.
JEFF! I can't wait to play for ya, after all this time...maybe I can sway you to come back to techno??
